My purpose is to lead by example and nurture the growth of others so that they unlock their highest potential.
I am your 'go-to' person for anything that keeps you up at night, particularly around personal wellbeing and professional goals. I strongly believe in being authentic and living in balance. By day, I’m a strategy consultant with an engineering background working in sustainability. When I’m off the clock, you can find me travelling the world, singing, songwriting, practicing yoga, or reading philosophy! A few stretch goals of mine include voice acting in a Disney movie, publishing children’s books focused on emotional intelligence, and creating folk songs for community song circles.

Kundalini & Vinyasa Yoga
My aim is to destigmatize the practice of yoga and make the teachings accessible to the logical mind.
Everything we do in yoga is to build and restore an adaptive & resilient nervous system. In kundalini yoga, we combine the breathwork (pranayamas), physical postures (kriyas), chanting (mantras), and the meditation to holistically strengthen our mind & body.
We’re constantly shifting between sympathetic and parasympathetic states to wire ourselves to better adapt & respond to our environments. I love the holistic nature of this practice and links to our scientific understanding of the human body.
